Returns
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Final Sale items may not be returned
Return packages using the prepaid shipping label. See Free Prepaid
Returns below for details. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD
amount may be deducted from your return.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Aaluuka within the 30-day timeline specified
above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5
business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your
account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may
require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account
once they have received the information from Aaluuka.
Sales Tax
Aaluuka collects sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado. We currently
do not collect sales tax on orders to any other states.
Need a Different Size/Color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges
in the traditional sense. With our free ground shipping, you'll get the
right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order.
Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
